  • Squarespace — our website hosting and e-commerce platform. Squarespace processes order, account, and browsing data on our behalf. Squarespace, Inc. is based in the United States; data transfers are subject to Squarespace's own safeguards and standard contractual clauses where applicable.

  • Squarespace Payments (powered by Stripe) — processes your payment card details at checkout. We do not store your full card details ourselves.

  • Klaviyo — our email marketing platform, used to send newsletters and order-related communications if you've opted in. Klaviyo, Inc. is based in the United States; data transfers are subject to Klaviyo's standard contractual clauses.

  • Delivery couriers (e.g. Royal Mail, Evri) — receive your name and delivery address to fulfil shipments.

  • Professional advisers (e.g. accountants) where necessary for legal or financial compliance.

  • Regulators or authorities where required by law.

We currently do not run paid advertising trackers (such as Meta Pixel or Google Ads tracking) on the Site. If this changes, we will update this policy and our cookie banner accordingly before any such tools go live.

Our Site uses cookies and similar technologies, primarily set by Squarespace, to operate the Site (e.g. shopping cart functionality), remember your preferences, and understand how visitors use the Site (basic analytics). Klaviyo may also set cookies if you interact with email sign-up forms or tracked links.
